It works! My horse has been taking this for 5 days. Poo looks solid and back end is clean. He’s been moved-both stall and pasture and 2 barn buddies have moved out of the barn and this product has helped with the resulting gut stress. Worth the money and cheaper than other brands. I bought the monthly version. I like that it’s a convenient size so I don’t have another big bucket or bag to deal with. Includes a small scoop.

A friend of mine recommended this to me for my dogs weak stomach. Since he’s never without it I borrowed some to try & Wow!! This product has no fillers, no sugar & a more complete list of probiotics than any product I’ve come across. It’s listed as human grade so I’m not worried about my dogs ingesting anything toxic & although this one is for horses, it’s the one my friend recommended so it’s the one I bought but my dogs love it, it goes a long way & I haven’t had to step in runny poop or vomit since I started using it. Before buying “HealthyGut”, one of my dogs had a weak stomach for as long as I’ve had her & I’ve had to be fairly restrictive with what she ate especially any changes in her diet because any deviation from the norm guaranteed accidents (though consistency didn’t stop them entirely either) but now, she has firm poops & no vomit. I know this company has a probiotic for dogs but this one works amazing so I’m going to stick with this one.

My mare typically has loose stools and this product has helped to take care of her issue! She has no problem eating it on her feed! I love this product and will give this to her forever! I feel she has a shinier coat from this product. It has the ingredient my Vet has told me to make sure is in any probiotic product I buy (saccharomyces Cerevisiae). I started to give it to my other older mare as well and she can pick any different product out of her feed that is new so I just wet it a bit on top of her feed and she has no problem eating her feed with this Probiotic on it. She is also starting to shine up now. I do leave it in my feed room all year and the temperature in my area ranges from average 70-80's in the summer to 0 in the winter. I feel it has not been affected from the changing temperatures as it continues to work for her all year. I do like the idea of leaving it in the tin feed container which will keep it cooler in the summer. I truly stand by this product for my horses and love that it is made in the USA.

Initially the introduction of a probiotic is most beneficial for a horse's gut, especially when there is an apparent digestion problem. A prebiotic feeds the probiotic culture, both of which are in the ingredients in this item. Regular use is usually a well received addition to the diet & overall body health. After the initial container showed favorable results, I opted to purchase a larger amount in a grain product that was manufactured with added probiotic ingredients into a complete feed. It was a more economical approach to assuring my horse was maintaining his probiotic supplement needs. I did notice a softer feel to his coat after 30 days.

This is actually the second review of this product I have written. I continue to be impressed with how effective it is. I have had a rescue quarter horse gelding (22yrs old) for 5 years.I have tried other probiotics on him which made little or no difference for him. This one improved his poops immediately and they continue to get better. Before you would have thought he was a cow :( ,but now he is really normal. I love this [product. For him it has been a true game changer.
