Sentinel 812LS Post-Removal Lockdown Sealant for Asbestos, White, 5 Gallons

After a flood I needed this product to seal up my floors aprox. 800 sq ft. So I purchased 2 of these. After cleaning my floors thoroughly and mixing product very well. I poured it into my pan, I was quite surprised by how thin it is. It pours like milk and has a milky white spotty finish on the floor too. I will definitely have to do no less than 3 coats, and probably don't need the second pail i purchases. I did roll my product onto the floor.

Sealed off floor beautifully leaving a smooth nonporous base. We used acrylic porch/cement paint over it to finish floor. It went on like 🧈 butter. Very happy with result

This is Not an asbestos encapsulant. Purchased to use as advertised, but the fine print says it cannot be used as for ansbestos encapsulation. Save your time and money!

THIS PRODUCT WON'T STICK AND WILL WASH AWAY AFTER DRYING WITH ANY AMOUNT OF MOISTURE OR WATER!!!!!!AND READ THEIR DESCRIPTION!!! IT SAYS IF FOR ASBESTOS AND THEN LAST LINE SAYS IS NOT FOR ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS LIES!!!!!!!
