Help for worn out oil pumps...
My very old car's check oil light lights because the oil pump is worn out & the service manager explained that it's buried deep in the engine, replacing requires slinging the engine & about a quarter of a major engine overhaul to replace it, $1,800 bucks. I normally use 10W-30, but this 20W-50 keeps the check oil light extinguished, so I'm using it... Next step is 10W-60 & then a trip to the finance company...Highly Recommended if you need it...
