Update 7-23-2025 Wish you could give zero stars. Absolutely find a different brand engraver!! As I said in my original review, I was frustrated with the fact that the phone app doesnt support it anymore (which was the main reason I bought it) I tried to get support from TwoTrees. I was told "Sorry, you purchased it from Amazon, not us, get help from Amazon." I purchased it from the TwoTrees store, which apparently has nothing to do with TwoTrees. I will be returning this unit (TG its still in the return period) and will never purchase another TwoTrees brand. What a joke. Worked great for a few days. Then mkslaser (the app needed to use the laser) was updated last week, and no longer functions with the TS1. I havent tried using it via USB yet, and likely won't. The main reason I purchased this was for the ability to do engraving from my cell phone at markets. Was pretty embarrassing to be at the market and suddenly I cant use the laser. I had high hopes for this after the first couple uses, but now... complete disappointment.

It works. I had two come that didn’t work appropriately. The definition is mildly poor but if you just want a cheap laser to mess around with it it kinda works. I’d probably spend a bit more money to get a higher quality laser

I would give 0 if I could but at least I have the warranty and Amazon was helpful. I got my machine 2 hours ago. The app is in freaking Chinese so that sucks. Pics help some. It WILL NOT INGRAVE AT ALL!! not even the pics that the app provides. This is junk and a scam, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! The light won’t even come on, ughhhh….

My first lazer horrible time with their software. Used light burn it worked great. Very slow but what do I know about lazers nothing. Product did do a good job but very weak. I needed the small footprint or I would have bought a different one. That all said it did the job.

I picked up the Twotrees TS1 Mini 3W Laser Engraver and I truly appreciate how capable it is for its size and price point. It handles wood leather painted metal and even some glass with clean results which surprised me at first. The precision is good the 0.1mm positioning delivers fine detail when engraving small designs and the speed feels satisfying enough to keep up with hobby projects. It sits nicely on my desk without taking up much space and assembly was easy so I was able to dive into crafting right away. If you want a compact engraver that offers solid performance for DIY work this one delivers great value.

I have not gotten this machine to work. I've downloaded the software and keep getting an error message whenever it should start engraving. I would not recommend it.
