fantastic display and audio quality
i used my laptop for watching movies, and the screen and speakers on this one are top-notch. the full HD display is vibrant and sharp, and the sound is surprisingly loud and clear. the build feels solid and professional, and it performs well under load. even after hours of use, it stays cool. i'd definitely buy from this brand agin

Return issues.
Hidden return policies. Says free returns when purchased. Now received message of the return policy. Says up to 10% minimum restocking fee upon inspection of item. So you don't even know how much of a restrocking fee you will be charged. Laptop gets hot and fan is loud and turns on and off frequently.

Gets hot fast
Computer gets too hot after 5 minutes of use. The fan is loud and distracting. Completely overheated when plugged in. Smaller than advertised. It says it has a 15.6 in screen but when measured it's only 14 in. Planning on returning.
