I've waited a long time to purchase the real EVOO, expensive yes but I keep it for our dinner salads only what a difference in taste. You could drink it, it's tasty and light. Hope I can do it again someday. It goes a long way also compared to cheaper oils. What a treat

If you didn't know, the more your throat burns after eating olive oil, the higher quality the oil. That burning is the same thing in ibuprofen. If you chewed an ibuprofen pill, you'd get the same burn. The bigger the burn, the more heart healthy it is. That burn is caused by oleocanthal. This is top notch olive oil and it tastes like you just pressed it yourself. The flavor is burning and of deep green raw olives. If you want a mild olive oil, I would stick to store bought such as Goya. If you want a true healthy, rich, flavorful, deep experience, then this is for you.
