I was skeptical before purchasing, but for the price I decided to give it a try. It was delivered in two separate boxes and packaged well. It has a standard 120v plug and comes with supply and drain lines. a filter and filter wall mount. The are two drain lines, one at the back of the top part that actually makes the ice and one at the bottom of the ice storage bin.My ice maker has not been turned off since I received it and has worked flawlessly. The only complaint I have at all is the control panel and user manual. If they did a better job with translation of the manual and made the controls easier to understand this could easily become a sought after ice maker. It is definitely well made and it’s obvious it has more functionality that I can figure out how to use. If you just start pressing buttons to try and figure it out yourself it can cause an error and you then have to power cycle it to get it working again. The best thing to do is just plug it up, hit power, and leave it alone.On the display it shows timed processes that it goes through each cycle it makes ice. As long as you don’t interrupt those cycles and let it work at its on speed it works great and it makes more and thicker ice than I was expecting and at a quicker pace.

This is an awesome Ice Machine for a medium sized business. It is very affordable when comparing to renting an Ice Machine. It came as two different packages, which makes it easy to move for installation and installation is very easy and quick. Just don't forget to take the cover off the ice machine maker and take the blue tape off before use. It does state that in the instructions, can be easily overlooked.

The media could not be loaded. The ice machine works well, makes a little noise, is reliable, and is quick to make new ice cubes. There is no size adjustment for the cubes, and it automatically stops making ice when full. The machine does not include a drain pump, which would improve this product greatly. Make sure to position it so you can drain it from the floor. What would help is if the unit made an alarm noise when the water level inside is too high and it needs to be drained. Otherwise, it stops making ice and sits with what seems to be an ice-water mix in the chamber. A pretty decent purchase. The video shows how easy it is to drain using the outlet hose. The pictures show the view of the chamber in operation and a block of ice it has made.

Nice little ice maker. I replaced a very expensive SubZero with this product so in comparison, it's not quite the same! Makes ice quickly but it is a little watery and melts faster than my SubZero which makes it less efficient. The white protective covering is really a pain to get off. Use a hair dryer as recommended. But getting it out of the creases and around the door hinge was a nightmare. Great communication from company. They send you and email with a real person to contact if you need help. And they actually reply to your emails. That was refreshing. I wish the ice would break apart when it drops. You have to smack it around with the scoop to get it to break to fit in your glass. All and all though, it does what it's supposed to.After corresponding with their EXCELLENT customer service rep, Lina I have updated my rating. There is not a refrigeration function in this unit so that is why they melt faster. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer service they provide. Top notch!

Easy installation but will need to order a pump since the drain hole in back is so low. The drain is only a couple inches from the bottom of the unit even though the bottom of the ice bin is about 8 inches from the bottom of the unit. I emailed support to get their recommendation (as noted in their documentation) but didn't hear back. After a week went by I ordered an AquaStrong minisplit condensation pump and it's working great. So far the unit is doing well and is generating ice at a nice pace! It's a little loud during the ice generation process but the unit is in the basement so it's not a bother. I also built a small platform for it to sit on which makes the drain hole in back high enough to easily drain into a small container. I have the pump inside that container and the water is pumped into the sink drain.
