Still trying to get used to this cushion, I'm finding that it's cutting into the back of my thighs and causing some pain and discomfort there. My sitting bones don't quite match up to the holes in the cushion but I'm definitely seeing a little relief. I have had piriformis syndrome for about 20 years, it's never gotten better even with recurring physio and now I've just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left hip but I'm hopeful that this will help, I just need to find a way of getting comfortable on it.

Habe Piriformissyndrom. Das Kissen bringt schon etwas Erleichterung. Könnte etwas größer ausgeschnitten sein. Man muss sich schon genau platzieren.

I totally regret buying this product. It’s very uncomfortable and not possible to sit on. I bought a regular memory foam cushion for one third of the price, and it’s much more comfortable than this product.

Bei Schmerzen am Ischias welche in die Pobacke ausstrahlen sehr hilfreich.

I've tried a bunch of these pillows but this one is hands down the best. Used it on a 10 hour flight and no tailbone pain whatsoever! Bit bulky but does the job!
