Love the quality of the product but the pads are too soft/silky. I prefer a more towel fabric feeling Although I still use them every day. I guess this will be perfect for sensitive or dry skin.

I'm on a quest for a more sustainable life and so, naturally I decided to purchase more cotton pads to help with that. These were different to the ones I previously owned and loved as they were no longe available so I branched out to these. First, let's start with the positives: - They are super soft against your face and because of this, I find it absorbs any liquid so much easier than my other ones, rather than just running off the surface (but it will do this if you put too much down). - They also wash clean every time. I've used these to take foundation and mascara off, and I still have no stains. To me, that's very commendable. I've seen people say it's no good for that and I'm not really sure why as I find it really works well at removing makeup. - I also like that it comes in cardboard packaging, it's keeping the eco friendly vibe going. - It comes with a handy washbag. Now for the drawbacks, which for me aren't a big deal but may be for you: - The wash bag is not the sturdiest thing ever. I find if I use this in the wash, they all come out if I've not tied the bag. Not too much of an issue, as long as you remember to tie the bag. - Sometimes, especially when they were new, you could feel each side slipping against each other. Now I've washed them a few times, this doesn't really happen. If this bothers you though, just grin and bear it as after 3 washes, this is no longer a problem for me. All in all, I think for the price point this is a fantastic way to make a little eco-friendly change. I highly recommend these.
