Blue Diamond natural ("raw") unroasted almonds typically taste fine and that applied to these in June 2025. The AHA approves their brand and these. That said, because all almonds from CA have to be pasturized by law for good reasons, it's questionable whether all of the health benefits claimed for these and some other almonds in the USA are really there. There is anew method of treating all nuts that preserves more nutrients in them but the machinery to do so is as yet too expensive for many manufacturers and producers. So post 2025 it might one day become more available.
