Helped my gut health. I have noticed a difference after taking these for a while now, less stomach aches and stomach seems calmer. Pills are on the bigger side keep that in mind, although I have never had an issue swallowing them. No taste

I saw all the reviews and have tried other supplements for painful bloating after eating. It was starting to get really bad and I never wanted to eat anything just because I knew what was coming after. This stuff changed the game. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and it’s fine. Then I eat and I am still fine. If I am eating a large meal for dinner I take it again a few hours before but this stuff works! I try to eat relatively slowly as well but oh my god now I can finally go out to a nice dinner and not worry about being so bloated and feel horrendous right after. I take it consistently too and have seen it be more effective over time.
