Great antioxidant supplement

REALLY HELPS you get back into Ketosis! I’ve used these during various stages of my fitness journey. Ketones are very effective for helping you transition into a fat-burning state and avoid symptoms of the keto-flu like fatigue, brain fog, and intense cravings. They’re also allegedly good for the brain of the elderly because the brain likes using ketones as fuel. Personally I buy this brand because they’re the cheapest I can find but I do NOT take them on an empty stomach. This should be a rule for many meds but I seem to forget that at I’m running out the door for work in the morning. Taking on an empty stomach causes nausea and you tell yourself you’ll never forget again until you do. You will sometimes have some raspberry burps after taking these but they seem to be at a minimum when you, again, take them with food. You don’t really taste them going down but you’ll probably taste them a bit after - that being said, I’d rather taste a but of raspberry than nasty “pill” flavor. Solid choice for diet or fitness goals.

I was eager to try this supplement, hopeful it will make it easier to reap the benefits of a raspberry daily dose without the cost, time overhead and discipline to keep to it if I would go for real raspberries. If this would be equivalent to a real fruit diet, the price is fantastic. Truth is, I cannot tell of any major improvement after running the full course. Must have helped, at least in keeping me from gaining weight, but nothing else I could really point at. If I had the money, time and discipline to go on a daily fresh raspberries diet, then that would make for a fair comparison to the real thing. Absent that, I can only tell this seems to be beneficial, and for the price and convenience it was worth giving it a try. I have used several supplements from this brand and the majority proved to be of good quality. The only possible downside is that they only say the raw ingredients are sourced globally, without disclosing any specifics. I feel more confident about such a supplement when I know the provenience of the ingredients, especially when there is no organic certification of the product. The bottle has an expiration date clearly printed on the label, and the one I got would have expired on August 30, 2028 – three years from the date I got it.

Wow, this is a tremendous value for a supplement that has this many servings and is this quality. First, the supplement has 120 servings per bottle and the suggested use is one serving per day, therefore, this amounts to a 4 month supply. That's a $5 per month value - it's hard to top that. Furthermore, the supplement is excellent quality as well as they follow cGMP standards and is third party tested. This ensures the supplement label is accurate and the product is manufactured properly. To go on, the supplement is also gluten free, soy free, dairy free, and does not contain any additives or sugar. All of these features round out a supplement that is well-made, prioritizes quality, and is highly versatile. I also like the simple label and how easy it is to find all the important information on the bottle. They don't overwhelm with information on the label - everything is legible and well-organized. The capsules are made of hypromellose and don't have any flavor. They were also easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. The expiration date was easy to find with the bottle I received expiring in 2028. I love that the raspberry ketones come out to 1,000mg per serving and is the only ingredient included. There's no unnecessary blends and the label and amount are very transparent.
