Worked good for hip thrusts and glute bridges. Didn’t come off the bar.

The pad helps tremendously when doing squats. It relieved all of the pressure from the bar off of my shoulders and I am able to lift heavier. Its is very comfortable and doesn't not move once attached to the bar. Plus it is cute!

I love this for the gym. I had gotten sick of chasing one of the ones the gym had and wanted to just get through my workouts. It’s very well made, and has the perfect amount of cushion. This thing is worth every penny. Only 4 stars because the smell was really gross when I first opened it. I have since febreezed the entire thing and let it dry and I don’t smell it as much.
