Assembly—Very easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Make sure to follow them. Chairs were very sturdy and comfortable. There was some damage that occurred during shipping. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and replaced the damaged chairs. They indicated they would look into how the items are packaged for shipping when sending 2 chairs in one box. Customer service saved the 5th star!! Well done!

Love these look and feel of these stools. However, 5 months after purchase, one stool collapsed sending my guest flying, and she did receive injury from the fall. Upon closer inspection, I found one leg shattered at the metal plate beneath the seat. Then inspected the 2nd stool and found the screws had loosened at the footrest and the metal base, and a collapse was imminent. I have requested a refund - look forward to response.

The chairs are very cute and modern we love the rattan. The only problem is the screws do not fit all of them. We had to go to Home Depot to buy longer screws to fit and they did. Assembly could be easier if they all fit the screws. But other than that the chairs are really comfy and cute! I will say if you end up not liking them it’s a pain to try to return. We tried to return them and get different ones and it’s very hard to return them for free. So if you get these keep them or try to resell them yourself.

I just got this and assembled it pretty easily with one note - the screws for the footrest ring are too short to work with and one of the holes widened too much too easily. I subbed in 4 matching longer screws I happened to have left over from other furniture assembly projects. High quality materials, well-packaged.

I have to retighten the screws very few days. The white seat is not microfiber and does not clean easily. I bought be I liked the swivel- but I’ve learned that it swivels into the countertop and dings the finish off the wood backrest edges.

The screws come in 2 bags but they weren't labeled and they were all mixed up. The ring at the bottom is extremely difficult and the screws are not long enough. I only bought 2 but I was thinking about getting 2 more. If I can't get this ring on I'll have to take the other one apart to send back. This has been a horrible wasted afternoon
