How does this honey compare to manuka health mgo 400 old 20+umf? Is this better? I need the best for my severe gastroparesis causing nausea/vomiting/acid reflex.

It cannot be compared to the MGO or UMF rating systems. Bioactive 24+ is a confusing rating system probably designed to be similar to the UMF rating system to propel sales. Bioactive 24+ rating system measures peroxide activity only and all honey have peroxide. UMF or MGO measure non-peroxide activity and that's what matters when considering Manuka honey.

Why isn't this umf or GMO rated?

I'm not going to suggest anything negative why this product, as well as most listed Manuka honey, omits a UMF and or MGO ratings. Since the ratings are granted by the UMF Honey Association who meet standards. Do the beekeepers need to hold to strict rules and membership fees to be part of the UMF club? Wikipedia claims "1,700 tons of mānuka honey are made in NZ and Australia annually representing almost all the world's production, some 10,000 tons of produce is being sold internationally as mānuka honey, including 1,800 tons in the UK." Question should be asked, is that 1,700 tons of UMF Honey Association seal of approval rated honey shipped? The expiration date on mine is May of 2016. There is also a batch number. Probably so it could be tracked if there was a recall or somthing. Hope that helps.

Is your product Organic? Do not see any thing in ur add about that.

I lived in New Zealand for a while to work on organic farms, and happened to be around quite a few honey producers. Manuka honey isn't one to be concerned about. Bees will go where they'll go, and intelligently avoid damaged, diseased, and poisoned plants. There's tons of manuka in NZ, and I've yet to see anything that would convince me into buying organic manuka honey over the standard stuff. Hope that helps! -Kim Johnson's son
