Battery lasts 4 hours
Should have noticed the specification in the description that it's tied to a specific carrier (AT&T). The battery life is horrible even after making recommended changes like Uninstaller apps and watch faces. Had luck with a refurbished one before but not this time.

Nice watch
This is an all around nice watch. It's a bit heavy, and a bit big, but both of those things come with the territory. Wireless charging is a nice feature and works beautifully. $100 is a good price for a smart watch. It's pretty easy to find its features online, and it works as expected. Be aware that if you buy through A4C, they will put a serial label over the heart rate monitor, and if you remove it, the warranty is void.

Bought it almost 2 years ago, now it's dead
This was my second smartwatch - my first being an LG G-Watch I got in 2014. I bought it renewed almost exactly 2 years ago(23 months to be exact) off of Amazon. The seller still sells them, 10 bucks more now 2 years later. So I guess you could say they hold their value. I loved the rotating bezel idea and the infinitely customizable watch faces. I really liked the step and exercise tracking on the watch, although the exercise detection was usually pretty horrendously bad. Also, when I'd do ab crunches or sit-ups, it wouldn't always detect the reps, which was frustrating. The HR monitor doesn't work unless the back is totally clean and you are not in motion. When it does work, it works well. The battery failed after 2 years. I just ordered a new battery and some tools to replace it with, we'll see how well that works out. I almost ordered a replacement battery for the G-watch instead, because I really like the Google Wear OS a lot more than Tizen. It's more intuitive and powerful, and works much more seamlessly with my Pixel phones. When I bought this watch I was using it with a Google Pixel; now I am using it with a Pixel 3. Bad stuff: There's a whole laundry list. The most frustrating is the fact that there are constant updates with this thing and after every stupid update of the software, EVERYTHING must be set up again. From scratch. Not just the Samsung Pay, which makes you go through the credit card authorization process over again with each upgrade, but EVERY SINGLE UPDATE. Your watch will make you do a "soft factory reset" which will leave it looking like it did out of the box. Then, you have to re-pair it with the phone, re-download all of your software and re-install them all, and re-set up everything all over again. Super frustrating and annoying. And sometimes they'd have updates that would come out 2 weeks from each other, so you'd have to go through this process often. NEVER had this problem with my old smartwatch, which was by no means perfect either. Other than that it was handy, but Google integration was not so good. Would've been great if you could just say "hey Google" to do a search like you would on a Google OS watch but whatever. The nasaly voice assistant they included on this watch is completely useless. Also it would have been nice if the watch could stream music off of your phone, since it does have BT and a builtin speaker, or even if it had controls for the major streaming services that could be installed on your phone (YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, SiriusXM, etc. etc.) but no such luck. It is useless in this regard as well. This thing also made me download a ton of Samsung crap onto my phone to get all of the features to work. All need constant updating. What a PITA. Overall, it was worth a hundred bucks just to say I had one and it looked pretty snazzy, which is why I decided to replace the battery. But honestly, I'd much rather have a Google based OS (whatever they call it) based watch.

but my son didn't finish wearing it one day before the band broke(That's why it lost a star) $25 later on 2 replacement bands so he can wear the watch he wanted(one fits perfect the other is a bit tricky)
The watch works, but my son didn't finish wearing it one day before the band broke(That's why it lost a star) $25 later on 2 replacement bands so he can wear the watch he wanted(one fits perfect the other is a bit tricky). Also, not that this has anything to do with the watch but we received the watch 2 days after we should have due to truck problems(so much for my prime membership). Maybe it was a heads up.

Dosent have a good design
These watches are junk if you are remotely active. If your very active forget it, it will not survive a year. Mine died on a trip to a conference. But I took it to Verizon and they concluded that despite warranty it clearly had been dropped or banged. So I sent it to Samsung. They concluded it had been ruined by water. Bottom line neither wanted to uphold warranty. I used the watch to track exercise. Strava thinks I did about 4000 miles while the watch worked. I sweat a lot and I did get rained on a few times. But a sports watch cannot handle that? Clearly Verizon and Samsung will find excuses to not live up to the warranty. So if your active and do things outdoors NEVER BUY THESE DEVICES. EVER Any sports concept is fraud as sports activities of a 60 year old can kill these pieces of crap.

Battery sucks.
Great watch, great look and easy to use but battery lasts only about 8-12 hours with very minimal to no use other then as a watch. I shut everything off and still can't get through my work shift. Working on a return.

Attractive and functional
I don't know why that basic watch face is used in all the sales photos. This watch is much better looking than the photos. It looks professional and elegant, yet is designed for sport and sweat. I'm a business professional and this watch is as attractive as functional. The onboard GPS shows more distance covered than when using the phone's GPS, but that is clearly because its sampling rate is less frequent. It is a nice option to be able to go for a run and have music, GPS, and a phone/text for emergencies without having to actually have your phone with you due to the watch's built in cellular.

I like it but...
I like it...I don't have to have my phone on me all the time while at work. On the down side, the battery does not last the day. I have to charge it a couple times a day, so that sucks. The charge does not last the night...i go to bed with 100% and wake up with 20%. Sometimes I have to charge it 3 times...that needs to be improved...

At first I was skeptical about the price and if the product would meet bran new type of standards. It's fresh and comes well packaged I'm in lovebwith this gadget, compared to my old gear 2 it brings awoseness. Although since it's verizen service it's hard to determined if it can used in Canada. So 8n conclusion it's more of an attachment since the service is weird to find out how to set it up in a different region.

As far as functionality I like it for the price. I don't get more than a few hours before the battery is empty. The only way I've been able to make it through the day is turning it into airplane mode, but that defeats the purpose of it. Maybe I got one that didn't have the battery replaced.
