This brand is the only brand we use. We've tried many other brands. Don't seem to notice any effect. We take these in the morning after we eat breakfast. Is it gonna boost your energy. Not too much. They don't leave you jittery. They do not hurt your stomach or cause any harmful side effects. They give your health a boost. They come in a capsule. Easy to swallow small to medium sized pill. Like I said, powdered capsule. It's a good purchase. It's a Little high priced. The quality is good and so is the quality how it comes packaged. The color will vary in yellows a little bit as how they're made. A good product would purchase again. However, I do feel the price is a little high. I am a repeat customer until I find something that can match their quality. At a lower price. Definitely recommend.
