G4Free Unisex Trekkingrucksäcke Internal Frame Backpacks (pack of 1)

This rucksack is perfect, really light weight but sturdy enough for putting in essential items, plenty of room for all you might need. Also, being waterproof it's perfect for the British weather

I ordered this rucksack mainly for commuting, as my 15 L rucksack wasn't quite big enough for day-to-day use, picking up shopping on the way home from work, that sort of thing. When I received it I thought it was very flimsy, although as other reviewers have said, it is surprisingly robust in terms of fabric and construction, and I can certainly fit a lot into it. However, when carrying heavy loads (and again as another review helpfully pointed out), the zip does need to be closed all the way to the right or left rather than at the top - I found that out when I nearly lost two 1 L cartons of milk on my way to work, which would have been a very messy accident. After six weeks of use, I have decided that the lack of structure (this really is a rucksack with the emphasis on 'sack') irritates me too much - it's just so FLOPPY, which makes it difficult to pack - and I am replacing it with another G4Free rucksack that has more structure. Given that this lightweight one is foldable, I will keep it for holiday use, as it will take up no space at all in a suitcase. I have two other very compact G4Free backpacks, and love the brand overall, however this 20 L rucksack did not work as well for me as I'd hoped.

I bought this for my 9 year old To use as his hand luggage when we go on holiday. It is perfect size and very lightweight. Lovely colour I ordered a name decal to put in the front of it to personalise it for him. Will fold up easily in case when not in use. I like all the different compartments and there is a hole he can slide his earphones thru so he can play his tablet and not worry about losing the headphones. I also liked the bottle holder pouch. I would use this bag for walking travelling it’s a great bag

More than happy with this item. Inside zip pocket useful for keys and cash or card. Light as a feather. You can get quite a lot in it even though it isn’t massive. Straps easy to adjust and it’s comfortable to wear on your back. Not showing any signs of wear and colour still looks good. Not sure how I managed without it especially on day trips, much easier than a handbag or carrier.

I brought this to replace my previous backpack that I used for holidays. These straps do not have the same amount of padding and somehow are cut on a curve so they keep slipping off my shoulders even with the straps adjusted. I'm a slight build size 8/10. Maybe a wider shouldered person would not have this problem. Not as comfortable especially when weighty. Also my regular 500ml plastic water bottle falls out of the side pocket. Otherwise it a great size, material seems sturdy. Front pocket and inside pockets are very handy. Haven't discovered whether it's waterproof or not (lucky with the weather!)

I like this because it doesn't have additional pads in the back that don't seem to fit my shape. It's inexpensive, lightweight and sturdy and great for local rambles. It's very roomy - I can fit in an emergency kit, water for me and water bowl for my dogs, waterproofs, lightweight seating pad, hat, gloves, lightweight fleece and a snack bar. It fits comfortably over my shoulders and doesn't cut in. It also fold two way so if you're not using it, it doesn't take up much room. Being realistic it is lightweight, so it may not last as long as much more expensive ones, but this price I'll just keep on buying them!

I got mine the next day after ordering. It is the cram coloured one, which I love. The fabric is waterproof and strong. It is well made. The bag is capacious with useful pouches and compartments. It folds up into a little bag but it takes some practice getting folded so that it is not bulky. I am delighted with this bag and hope it stands the test of time the way I think it will. It is nice looking and versatile.

I wanted a very lightweight, foldable, comfortable to carry backpack. Really happy with it, is fairly roomy, comfy and light to wear and has useful pockets and compartments. Nice colour. Would recommend.

Great backpack for small outings, not great for holding your water bottle but we just put it inside the main compartment. It worked well for what I needed it for

Looks great. Haven't used it yet but I hope it'll last the distance. Light but seems sturdy. My only question is "How do you fold it ?" I bought this as a spare pack and want to pack it into my checked luggage. It looks like it folds somehow into the inner pocket. Instructions on folding would be helpful
