This is the first time I've ever had a rod set. I always steered away because of the war stories I heard as far as not being able to sleep in them comfortably. It takes a little practice if you haven't used these before, but you get the hang of it quickly. I am trying different techniques to get different styles. The amount you get for the price is really great. You will have enough for any curl style you are trying.

I have fine hair, these rods worked out perfectly. Rolled my hair wet with a wrap lotion. Took 2 days to dry but it was worth it.
