I didn’t expect much from this device, and that's the right mindset. it's more of a toy than a serious miner. That said, it's a fun little toy to experiment with. I plugged it into a battery and a solar panel and it worked well. The odds of striking crypto gold are probably lower than winning the regular lottery, but for hobbyists or curious minds, it’s still worth having. Low power, neat display, and entertaining to tinker with.

Not a scam. Just harder to setup than it should be due to the directions. But, that’s where the internet comes in. The lottery pool listed doesn’t work? More than one lottery pool exists. Find another one. I will also say, there is NO reason to hook this up to your PC directly. You plug it into a usb power outlet and then configure it through WiFi with your phone. Very easy to do. Good luck on getting a block.

Sorry to say that this device is useless to me. I bought it on a whim and I let it sit for several weeks before I unpacked it. The customer service is first rate, but unfortunately, this device requires a WiFi router that has absolutely no firewall. It also requires an old slow firewall connection. Due to the requirement that the firewall on my router be disabled, this device is useless because there’s no way to disable the firewall and the process to poke holes in it on my Google Mesh network is way too complicated for me to undertake. But kudos to their customer service representative for trying to work with me to get it to work.
