Ordered Unflavored one and it is perfect! When mixed, it tastes exactly like buttermilk 🙂. People who are complaining about mixability should know basics about unflavoured electrolytes before ordering. They should order falvoured one with chemicals which improve mixability and not complain about this. Of course, it doesn't mix perfectly well but that is what I expect from unflavoured one. It serves the purpose of giving electrolytes without chemicals.

Decent pick for moderate workouts — hydration feels solid, and it stacks well with my magnesium and protein routine. Electrolyte levels are fine, especially if your diet’s already balanced. Love that it’s sugar-free and unflavored — great for fasting. That said, mixing isn’t smooth. Still find grains hanging around, which makes it less enjoyable overall. Good value, but some brands are more effective in nutritional charts - haven't tried those yet.
