Great Inexpensive Soundbar for Camper
We recently upgraded our travel trailer with new electronics. Being that it is a camper and not our home we were looking for inexpensive yet enjoyable TV and sound but nothing to blow us away with. We elected to pick up a roku enabled 32 inch TV for the bedroom and mounted it to the wall. Right away we noticed 2 things: 1. The visual clarity was amazing and 2. The sound absolutely was horrible! The TV speakers reminded me of the old tingy Walkman headphones with no bass and staticy sounding treble. Thus we went on the hunt for a small soundbar to mount below the TV to attempt to have a somewhat usable entertainment system that wouldn't require us to listen to it only through headphones in order to enjoy the late night movie. We picked this soundbar up because it was small enough, had decent reviews and was cheap. To he honest we weren't expecting much but knew the sound had to be better than what the TV produced so the bar wasn't that high to satisfy us. What we honestly didn't expect was an amazing cinema sound from such a cheap setup! In our home we have a 10.2 channel 10,000 watt home cinema with eclipse subs, bowers speakers running off of a Marantz powered system. I have a good ear for what a quality system should sound like. Now am I saying this sub $80.00 soundbar would compete with our home theater setup? Absolutely not. But for a small camper bedroom the sound literally fills the area. The highs are very crisp, the background sounds pick up very well and the bass this little thing has during action shots will actually vibrate the walls! Watching a movie in our camper bedroom now is reminiscent of us sitting at home in the much larger theater doing the same. To add to it, the Bluetooth connection allows very easy setup for our phones to play music through it as well. The soundbar keeps track of the different devices well and auto connects in less than 5 seconds when you enter the area. The sound quality for music is good. It won't shake the ground and rock you out of your socks but it has a very manageable sound quality for an easy listening sound level to fill the background with music. The only downside that I have with it and many others have already voiced, is the lack of visuals to the sound controls. You have no way, other than your ears, to know what the bass, treble and volume is set on. Short of that for our installation i am more than pleased with this purchase thus my 5 star rating. We liked it so well that for our campers living area we have opted to order the 2.1 32 inch, 140 watt version of this soundbar as that upgrade. I would assume we shall be equally impressed with that purchase as well. But in all sincerity, if you are by some chance looking for a soundbar for your camper or rv and want something easy to setup and install that won't break the bank, this is the best thing on the market to achieve that and I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely worth the price.
Summary: Needed an eARC system that fit on my kids desk and took over the the pretty bad speakers off the new LG48" B4 OLED we got them that has really nasally sound. Didn't want anything pricey and robust, just needed a clean and fuller sound. for <$40 this thing is awesome. Voices come out clear. Both high and low frequencies sound clean enough to be able to enjoy a game/movie without sounding like the usual $40 speaker and fills the room well. It's not going to give you that crisp treble and full bass sound. Didn't expect it to. But, on a very positive note, it doesn't sound tinny and it doesn't produce that cheap bass rattle. Highly recommend as a cheap, small room, replacement for bad tv speakers. Highlighted Cons: Only 2 QoL issues that weren't dealbreakers for us. 1) It doesn't turn on with the TV. Might be the TV's signal or the speaker, not sure. Maybe a setting I'm missing (went through everything, not that big of a deal though that I'd spend more time troubleshooting it). When turning off the TV, though, it turns off fine... so... hm. 2) The 3 equalizer settings for music/movie/dialog are pretty useless. If you really focus and are close enough you can hear a veeeeeery minor difference between the frequencies. There is no max/min confirmation signal from the speaker when hitting the +/- buttons for the treble and bass but the light does flash when you hit the button. But the difference between potential max & potential min for either side are pretty non existent. Again, luckily the speaker sounds good enough at whatever setting it's at. However, as another QoL issue, the remote is essentially just a power button if used on eARC.

Decent for the price, could be better
The first thought I had when I opened the box was, "Wow, this is bulkier than in the photos." It's a large speaker, definitely not a low profile design. The sound quality was surprisingly good at first, yet after a few minutes of listening to it, I felt that it should sound better given its price range and size of the speakers. I have mainly used it for music and some audio while editing video. The best sound (to me at least) is with its default settings and the volume is below half. Higher volumes seem to distort the audio. When I increase the base on the soundbar, the sound seems to be more muffled with lower output than deeper or richer. I messed with the treble/base settings for a while, then pushed the "reset" button on the remote, and it instantly sounded better overall. ( I was looking for a soundbar with a subwoofer before I settled on this one that "has bass". I may be happier with a separate subwoofer, but this is good enough for general music and movies while I work. If good quality low frequency is what you are looking for, then you may want to go with a system with a separate subwoofer.) Set up was typical and easy. First I used the optical output from my computer (not using it for a TV) and it has the best audio quality. But I cannot quickly control the volume or playlist from my keyboard with optical (versus having to find and pick up the remote -- this has nothing to do with the soundbar itself, but with the computer), so I switched to Bluetooth. The sound quality is noticeably lower (but that's the nature of Bluetooth vs optical), but full control is within a quick keystroke without having disrupt working. It also has USB, auxillary and RCA left/right connections. The button controls on the side of the soundbar are the least useful feature of this product. There are no volume controls there, only power, skip forward and back, and play/pause. Also, the soundbar is black and the buttons are black with no back lighting, so they are difficult to see. The remote is easier to use. Overall, it's a decent soundbar so far. The one it replaces (different brand and lower quality) was decent too, but it stopped working after about 2 years. So I'll update this review in the future if anything changes.

Excellent little unit! Easy set up sounds great on a smaller TV. I used HDMI and it operates TV remote controls as well
