I'm on keto and bought to put in my keto coffee, honestly can't really tell any difference from normal sugar, although I haven't actually done any comparison Works and tastes great for me

It’s a perfect sugar substitute — sweet, natural, and no aftertaste like some other sugar alternatives. It blends beautifully in coffee, tea, smoothies, and works great in my baking recipes without changing texture or flavor. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free, zero calories, and made with monk fruit and erythritol, which makes it a healthier choice for me and my family. The 16 oz baker’s bag is convenient and lasts a long time, even with regular use. If you’re looking for a natural sweetener that tastes close to real sugar, this is definitely it. I’ll keep repurchasing

I'm pre-diabetic, and my doctor says to me "you should try monk fruit" and I said (after "what the heck is that?") "But I don't eat a lot of sugar, just in my morning coffee" but she said "Well, it might make a difference even that little bit with your glucose and AIC, so I figured what the heck? I bought this Monk Fruit in the Raw a month ago or more. I cannot live without my morning coffee, I'm a Navy veteran & coffee is everything to me in the morning. In fact, you don't want to get between me and my coffee. I also hate artificial sweeteners, and Monk Fruit is NOT artificial, this is from a real fruit. I usually add a flat teaspoon of sugar per cup of coffee 10 oz, now I'm putting only a quarter of a teaspoon of monk fruit in the raw with my morning coffee - and it tastes delicious! It tastes like sugar because it's real and it's sweet and it's in my coffee and I get to drink my coffee and enjoy it. I'm not big on keto diet or any diets really but this is keto friendly. I purchased the 16 oz and I still have half of it left after a month and a half so it's economical as well. I'll buy it again!

My Two Points: To make flavored simple syrup with monk fruit blended with erythritol, combine 1 cup of CHILLED boiled water with 1/2 cup of sweetener in sauce pan with a splash of desired water soluble essence flavoring. (I use Black Sambuca essence for flavoring espresso beverages.) Turn the burner on LOW heat and stir until the sweetener is dissolved into the water. Let cool. If stored in the refrigerator, small crystals may form. The syrup is still good. This is a different process for making simple syrup than other sweeteners. Some people add Xanthan Gum. This isn't necessary if you work at temperatures below boiling! DO NOT MAKE MERINGUE COOKIES WITH THIS SWEETENER! They will deflate in the oven.
