Bought the blender in 2023. The product is great generally except for one issue which keeps repeating itself. The washer at the bottom between the base (which has the blade) and the plastic body gets damaged easily. If you keep opening the bottom to clean the blender properly the washer eventually gets damaged and starts leaking. In my experience maybe in a few months at most. Also the washer is fixed so it cannot be replaced. Once damaged you will have the get rid of the blender. So durability is a big issue.
