Sweet-smelling shoes?
This stuff sets the standards for shoe cream, so there’s really no reason for a full review. If you’ve heard anyone recommend you get it for your leather, then get it. It’s fantastic. It conditions the leather and shines up real nice. What no one told me is how good it smells! So many creams smell like chemicals or paint, but this smells sweet - like for days. I put it on my Grant Stone Diesels last week. Every day when I get home I clean off my boots with a brush (I believe it’s bad luck to start a day with yesterday’s dirt on your feet), and I can still smell it.So, this stuff conditions my leather shoes, keeps them shiny, and even makes my SHOES smell good. Like, whoever thought that sweet-smelling shoes would be something I looked forward to?!?Highly recommend!

Exactly what I hoped and order.
A high quality and value for the money.

Amazing
This stuff is fantastic. Put it on a scuff and let it sit for 10 minutes. Buff with a cotton cloth and it helped renew the discoloration. Use the same brand polish to finish it up.

It works! But I thought I was buying the renovatuer
After trying a couple of Saphir products. I can proudly say that it’s one of the best leather products I’ve used. I was looking for the renovatuer but when I typed it on the search engine, I was presented with this item as the top choice. I thought that’s what I was buying, I was looking for the actual “Renovatuer” wording on the item page description. After I didn’t find that specific word, I ended up ordering it anyway and what I ended up getting was a neutral colored pommedier. It does its job but doesn’t even compare to what the renovateur can do. If you’re looking for a neutral leather conditioner that provides a phenomenal shine, go for the RENOVATEUR

So many pros, no cons
I have never spent more than $10 on a can of boot cream, cream polish, or wax polish. I got this to try before getting the pigmented ones. Not even 24 hours and I already got 2 of the other pigments. This goes on much nicer, produces a much better shine, and doesn't trigger asthma or leave an oily feeling like the petroleum crap in Kiwi, Danner, AE, and Red Wing products.I can't even consider the price a con, because this produces a much higher quality shine/cover with much less product. In fact, you will probably save money in the long run. Can't believe I never tried this due to the slightly higher cost. Same reason a lot of people are still using Mink Oil(seriously, don't use that stuff. It will rot your shoes if you don't scrub it out after a few weeks)

Saphir is the best for any leather shoe
Love the Saphir products. It requires work when using any of them when applying. Saphire Pommadier Cream/Shoe Polish does a great job hydrating the shoe and setting it up for the waxes to follow. I look at it as investment in the shoes I buy and how I want them to last a long time. Especially for the Red Wing Heritage Iron Ranger that I just polished it with. I get compliments everywhere I go that the boots look great. Saphir customer support has been instrumental in providing the appropriate steps to applying their creams, polishes and waxes. Even though they are a company out of France, they will still respond to any inquiry you may have. With some time, a little elbow grease and attention to detail, Saphir is the way to go.

Simply the Best
I use only Saphir products on my shoes and other leather goods because they are simply the best. The Pommadier creme polish spreads easily and can be used with any shoe color, though it is best for neutral colors. Make sure to let the creme sit for a bit on your shoes before buffing them out. Yes, I know, it's expensive, but it lasts a good while as long as you don't gob it on.
