I am a current medical student, and loved how adorable this kidney looked! The addition of the splenic vein and arteries was a good touch. :) It is very soft on the outside. For some reason I was imaging the plush to be bigger, but the dimension are listed in the description, so that is my fault for not reading. However, I still like the plush a lot! Some might even say the smaller size is more anatomically correct! There is a curve to the kidney, so at certain angles the eye may look "silly" in pictures.

I got this for my Mother after her kidney transplant and she loves it. We joke and say now she has "4 kidneys". She found it humorous and super cute to had a little kidney friend after the surgery.

What do you get for people celebrating the one year anniversary of swapping Kidneys? These little guys are perfect! Cute, cuddly and just the right size. (life size would be too small and easy to lose). Thanks for making these. They were unexpected and delightful.

Nice, plush, very cute!

I bought this for a baby shower where one of the parents works in organ donations and primarily in kidney procurement and prep for transplant. It was GREAT quality and looks exactly like the picture. The parents loved that they could introduce their future baby to what Dad is passionate about and hopefully foster interest in the sciences.

My boyfriend donated his kidney to his mom this year, and I bought each of them this kidney pillow as a gift after their surgeries. Everyone got a kick out of it including the doctors and nurses. It was soft and good for cuddling while my boyfriend was healing. Both he and mom are doing great!

Purchased this as a gift for my husband that suffers from MSK. He's mentioned many times that all he wanted was a new kidney. This was funny and sweet. It's well made, soft, cute, and has plenty of stuffing so that it won't flatten quickly.
