While the concept of a steel wallet for cryptocurrency seed storage is great, this product falls short in execution. The plates feel thinner than expected, raising concerns about durability. The engraving process is cumbersome, and the provided tools don't work as smoothly as advertised. For a product meant to secure sensitive information, it doesn’t inspire much confidence. The lack of clear instructions adds to the frustration. While it’s an affordable option, it compromises on quality, making it hard to recommend for those serious about protecting their crypto assets.

I ordered these a while back and they were indeed extremely thick and rugged stainless steel, nearly impossible to bend or deform. The new ones are much flimsier and thinner and all they have is a very light laser engraving of numbers 1 through 24. They still do the job however you could just as easily order stainless steel business card blanks so long as they are at least 1mm / 0.04" thick and just engrave the numbers yourself along with the words.
