The math being provided in other answers here is incorrect. The measurements provided are not the diameter x height, but actually 1/2 the circumference x height. Let me explain... The measurements provided in the listing are when the item is laid flat on the ground. it is a bag, sealed on both of the long ends. This is when the item is as listed (in this case 21" x 36"). So as a cylinder when opened it is circumference is 42" (21x2). The full diameter of the circle is 3.14... (pi) x X = 42. When full, the item is roughly 13.4" round x 36" tall.
