It has been awhile since I have owned a Nokia product, but wow, this one is impressive! Operating system is fast, graphics clear, colors vibrant, very good battery life. Easy to navigate, you don't need to read a user manual. For the features offered, the quality, the brand new condition, the unlocked status for phone carrier -- the pricing is killer competitive. Even at the phone store, the clerk said "wow, this is a really nice phone, what brand is this?" Liked it so well, ordered another for a relative, who also is enjoying it.

Update - chiming solved. Phone is good now, and I'm not in danger of killing it! If anyone else has the chiming issue, check the charging cord and plug-in - if they are loose or not the original Nokia one, it might make the phone unhappy and cause non-stop chiming. Phone arrived this afternoon/ I've worked on it for hours and can't get it to stop chiming every few seconds. It's driving me crazy. Chatted with help desk twice, who instructed me to power it off by holding the power button and volume buttons, which of course turned the phone off and killed the chats. Got rid of me, didn't it? Not happy with my constantly chiming phone. If they help me solve this issue, I'll change/update my review.

love it reliabke and good

I like the product. Was not happy with delivery service, which left the package right on the edge of the porch to be seen by the street. regular UPS guys know to place deliveries on the shelves next to front door, or off to side so as not to be seen from the road. No wonder packages get stolen so much with irresponsible delivery drivers not thinking about what they are doing concern safety of the packages in their care. That's not care, it's blatant thoughtlessness for job integrity.

The case fit right and seems to be good quality. Only had the case for a couple months but I like it so far.
