These beach/pool towels are amazing. The size is perfect which is actually bigger than most beach towels. I love so many things about these towels. They are bright and colorful and after a full year of use at the beaches and our pool, the colors do not fade. They wash and dry very nicely on standard cycles for towels. The best part is how light weight and compact they are when folded or rolled. A typical, fluffy beach towel takes up so much space in your beach bag...These are small, and easy to carry. Best part, they actually dry your body and bonus, they dry extremely quick in the sun. Standard beach towels stay wet all day, these dry so quickly that you will get several drying cycles in one long beach day because they will dry while you swim!!! These towels are the bomb! We've purchased two sets of 6.

The colors are beautiful, and the fabric is soft, lightweight, and the perfect size to pack in a beach bag without taking up considerable space. I haven't used them yet, but I'd expect they will dry quickly. Due to their smooth texture, I expect sand will brush off easily. When I received the set of 6 towels, they were packaged in a plastic shipping bag wrapped so tightly that I snipped the top off 2 tassels on one of the towels. I contacted the seller and provided photos of how the towels were packaged and the damage to one of the towels. Within a few days I received a replacement for the damaged towel. Excellent customer service!

Love these towels for the beach and pool! A few things I love: 1) They absorb all the water on your skin! 2) They dry super fast, especially in the sun. No more still-damp, soggy, musty towels! 3) Sand does not stick to these! 4) They have held up well in the washer and dryer after multiple washes, and they’re still vibrant! 5) They take up much less space and are much lighter in a beach bag or luggage! 6) They are also my cover-up/sarong at the end of each beach/pool day! Note: These are not thick; in fact they’re quite thin… but they’re fantastic!

As a swim coach and mother to 5 competitive swimmers, we need a lot of towels. The best ones for us pack small, pick up a lot of water, and dry fast. A friend recently suggested we try Turkish cotton towels, and this brand specifically. I bought these and two other brands. For the price of two of the other brands I got six of these, so I had low expectations. These arrived in a plastic bag. When opened the bag had no strange smell or other issues. The towels are the same size as the others I ordered, lighter, and a tighter weave. The colors are fantastic, a soft pastel collection that love. Initially these had a rough feel but after washing (on delicate, no added softener, hang to dry) the towel become softer. This packs up small, soaks up a lot of water, and when laid out dries quickly. This towel is perfect for swim meets when they are constantly getting in and out of the water and can't be carrying a towel for every event they swim but need to be able to dry off and stay warm. I was unable to find any manufacturing flaws.

We rented a house on a beach that included beach towels but decided to try these to stop stand from sticking to them and getting all over us and the floors. They worked GREAT, just a quick brush off or shake and the sand fell right off, then we could just wrap them around us or toss them over our shoulder and head home. They soaked up moisture and then dried off quickly without all the usual bulk of terry towels! They are lightweight to pack and carry and laundered perfectly with no shrinkage or twisting. Also, I loved the different colors so that we could each find our own towels! These are SO worth it!

In the past, I've always used the thick/plush terry towels for bath and poolside. So when my best friend (she's Turkish) gave me a Turkish towel about 8 months ago as a gift, I didn't think I would like it. I thought it was too big, felt it wouldn't be very absorbant, and it just wasn't like what I had been used to using all my life. But I'm pretty open minded, plus I trust my friend's good taste, so I just gave it a go. Oh my goodness... After using it numerous times, and seeing how nicely it came out of the wash, I felt I had to have more! So I purchased these 6 and now they are the only towels I use! They dry really fast so each day my towel still smells and feels fresh, so I use it longer. Not only do I not have a load of towels at the end of the week, I just toss my towel in with some tee shirts and shorts and everything comes out great. I give it a few minutes tumble in the dryer to soften up and then just hang it back in the bathroom to finish drying. I wish I had known about these towels when I still had kids living at home! I also love taking them to the pool. My terry beach towel, once wet, never dried between times of getting in and out. The Turkish towel tossed over the back of my chair is dry everytime I reach for it. The important thing to know about these towels is they get more absorbant after they have been washed a few times. And also, it seems important not to over dry them in a dryer. I worried about finding the same quality towels as the one my friend brought back from Turkey since I read a review that stated these 6 are "not real Turkish towels". But the 6 I bought here, are the same quality as the one brought back from Turkey by my friend. So...with all that said...I can still see how maybe these towels aren't for everyone. They are thinner. No, they don't feel like terry towels. But they dry me off, stay fresh a lot longer, easy to care for, save money and energy through less laundry, and the colors are fun! Win win win! And btw, I've had no problems with the fringe. The knots are still secure and they haven't tangled or frizzed out. I hope this helps.

So pleased with these towels. They are superb quality and come in a great choice of colours. As a family of 5, carrying large, heavy beach towels to the beach becomes quite cumbersome. These towels mean the beach bag is a lot lighter and gives you far more room for other items.

Thinner material than I expected but still useful as a sarong

I love the beautiful colors, I contact the seller to pick the colors. Very happy, haven't use them to the beach yet, I will update when I do. It's lightweight that is one of the reason I order these for my bike ride carry in my backpack. I washed in cold water and hang dry it's soft. For those who purchased these Google on how to take care of Turkish towels much easier to understand thanks to the person who mention that in the reviews. EDIT: they are unbelievably absorbent, love them so much. I do plan on ordering more for sure.

These towels work wonderfully well and a far more convenient and useful than conventional fluffy towels

Lovely soft feel towels with next day delivery from Turkey (the seller kindly supplied full tracking details). I received the six colours in the main pictures. My photos are under artificial light (last two with flash), the white stripe of the towels is actually a bright fresh white under natural daylight. I've tried to show some towel edges and texture as well to give an impression of the weave and thickness.
