EDIT: Exceptional customer service, full refund, apology, and better replacement. really regret buying this. The couch looks nothing like the photos in the listing, and the measurements are way off. After letting it expand for over 72 hours, I measured everything again. The back was supposed to be 29.5 inches tall—mine was barely 26. It was also advertised as 14 inches thick, but mine came out to only 12. Overall, the chair looks cheap and almost laughable compared to the pictures. Now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to squeeze it back into the tiny box it came in just to return it.

Cute small chair. Super low but sturdy and comfortable. Priced right in my opinion

Great little couch, it sits close to the floor keep that in mind, as getting up may be difficult for some, after giving it time to expand its a pretty firm but still soft couch.

The box weighs about 40lbs so not too heavy. It does take 36 hours to get its shape back. But it is comfy. Potential drawbacks is that it does sit low. So some people may have some difficulty getting up. Want to say it's like 10in off the ground. Maybe less.

1. This is NOT memory foam; it is just a hard sponge. 2. You can't just take the outer cover out and clean it in the laundry. Try it and have fun. I am so going to throw this away when we move out this year.
