ProsourceFit Speed Jump Rope 10’ Adjustable Length, Super Fast Turning for Cardio, Boxing

I just recently got back into working out after an extended hibernation period. I like interval training with my rest periods being active rest periods (you literally become a fat furnace) and was getting bored with step ups and jumping jacks. I personally own a lot of pro source fitness equipment and have never been let down. They also typically have the best prices which makes them my first choice for any fitness needs. This rope is a great rope for the money and performs excellently. I am not the gentlest person when it comes to my gym time. I've thrown these on the ground over and over, stepped on them over and over, had them poorly wrapped up in my gym bag with an ab roller and a kettle bell over and over... and my abused rope just keeps loving me. I would definitely recommend this rope to anyone looking for a speed rope... Oh and as for that one thing, well I wish I would have gotten the green one :(... P.s. yes you can do double-unders with it, gah!

This is a great rope and very affordable. I purchased two of these ropes for my husband and myself for CrossFit and we've been using them for a few months. The rope is very easy to adjust the length and locks in well. The color makes it easily identifiable if (when) I leave my rope at the gym accidentally. While it rotates very easily, a little Pam on the shaft of the handle really makes it fly. Cheap enough that I could order a backup if (when) I leave the rope behind and it isn't recovered.

It's super fast and great for Double Unders. It's easily adjustable and in order to get the perfect length, step on the rope with one foot and the handles should be at the bottom of your armpits. Then just snip the ends with wire cutters and don't forget to remove the rubber tips from the excess and place them back on your rope. I am 6'1" and this rope is plenty long, I think if you were over 6'6" you would need to buy a longer rope.

this is a great, fast rope that is cheap. it works well for double-unders and whatever else you want to do without getting all twisted up and tangled. they only thing i'd change is that the plastic coating on the line does not stand up to concrete well. they're marked "for indoor use only" and they mean it. i have used these on dirt, wood, and grass, though, and they hold up great there. i guess it's just concrete that tears them up.

It was a great jump rope until it broke. Made cheaply so the adjustment piece snapped while I was jump roping which caused the rope to fling and hit me and cause a very bad bruise. I liked that it was adjustable because I'm a 5ft woman and it's hard to find jump ropes in my size but it broke only after the 3rd time using it. Was great because of the price but I think I'll just go with something more expensive that won't break and hurt me.

The cable on this jump rope is quite light, so it allows for very quick rotations with just a little bit of wrist motion. Double unders can be done pretty easily as long as you time your jumps correctly. However, because the cable is so light it doesn't carry that much momentum and can be easily slowed down if you catch a toe or a heel, or even if you just brush a rough bit of ground. This makes it a bit more challenging, but I kind of like it that way. It also stings like a mother******* when I mess up, which is all the motivation I need to focus. I used the jump rope for a while on concrete, which wore through the plastic in about a week of daily, 30 min use so I started going to a place with a padded floor and a single rope has now lasted a few months. I'm quite happy with the function and durability of this jump rope.

Product was exactly as described. I was disappointed, however, that as a prime member I did not get the jump rope by the 'guaranteed' date. It was actually a couple days late.

Adjustable for any height; I'm short so there is a lot of extra rope at the end which has to be loose in order for the rope to revolve. Make sure the bolts are tight otherwise they will fly off. The nibs at the end did fly off a number of times, but superglue will hold. Perfect for the price: durable, light weight, functional. A heavier rope is better for beginners; this speed rope may leave whip marks if you aren't careful.

Sirve para lo que es, saltar a la comba y entrenar doble saltos. Los que hacemos en Crossfit y no me acaban de salir, por lo que ahora puedo entrenar en casa. En cuanto a calidad, no hay que perder de vista que no son de los caros. Hacen su función y con una relación calidad precio mas que decente. Volvería a comprar este producto. Como siempre un 10 a Amazon por la rapidez de la entrega, como siempre rapidísimo.

elle est légère. pour la qualité je dirai 7 sur 10. j'ai eu du mal à passer d'une corde à sauter avec corde en vinyl à une corde avec cable acier car c'est plus rapide. le rapport qualité prix est ok donc ne pas s'attendre à du top si ce commentaire vous a était utile merci de cliquez sur UTILE

Muy bien por su valor precio, no es el más sofisticado pero por lo que cuesta está perfecta. Versátil de utilizar y llegó en perfecto estado
