Definitely recommend!
taking three pills a day felt like a lot at first, it’s absolutely worth it for how complete the formula is. TheraNatal is designed based on current research and what OBs actually recommend, which gives me a lot of confidence in what I’m putting into my body. One thing I really appreciate is that it includes active folate (Quatrefolic) instead of synthetic folic acid, which is better absorbed especially for women with MTHFR gene variants. It also has the full recommended daily dose of DHA and EPA omega-3s, which are super important for baby’s brain and eye development. I’ll be honest, you might get a little bit of that fishy burp, but it’s not too bad and kind of expected with fish oil supplements. I’ve recommended this to several of my pregnant friends and they all really like it too. It just feels good knowing you're getting everything you need in one go without having to buy a bunch of separate vitamins.

Love those the multivitamins does taste gross
Like most prenatal the multivitamin tastes pretty gross and is like taking a horse pill, in other words it’s pretty big! I do have take it with juice so I don’t gag. The do feel they are really good quality because I do feel good after taking them! I love that on the back it has the days of the week so I know if I forget to take them (thank you pregnancy 🧠) I believe the value is definitely there for the money as you have quite a supply from one order.

Transparent Ingredients & Phenomenal Packaging
I like the transparency of what is actually in these vitamins and trust that it is a solid prenatal. I don’t mind the fact that it’s three separate pills, that actually makes me feel more confident that each one has a job and I’m getting everything I need. I’ve seen some reviews about the taste, granted I don’t have bad morning sickness, but I don’t mind the taste at all. To me it is just like taking any other vitamins. I’m obsessed with the packaging, my toddler mom and pregnancy brain sometimes can’t keep up with what day it is or what I had for breakfast (or if I ate breakfast) so the days written on each pack has helped me more than once remember if I already had or hadn’t taken them that day. Game changer! They do seem a little expensive, but to me these early stages through pregnancy is one of if not the most crucial time to support your baby with what you need so I will make sacrifices elsewhere to continue purchasing this prenatal.

Bad taste and cause nausea
Don’t buy these! I’m only 7 weeks and taking these has made me very nauseous. At first I thought it was mild and I needed to get my money’s worth since they are so expensive, but then they made me throw up twice. I haven’t thrown up from any food or had issues keeping food down it’s only these prenatals. Whether I take them in the morning, night, or with/without a meal I can’t stomach them. It’s also a huge hassle to take 3 per day. I regret spending so much money on these and I still have about 5 packs left but I will probably just end up discarding them.

Don't worry - It is NOT mold on your pills!
I wanted to write this review to put mama's (pregnant or trying to conceive) mind's at ease! I thought the same thing, that my pills we're molding. They had white and dark speckled spots on them. I am pregnant, and have been taking these pills for over 6 months, so yes I had a freak out at the time! But I contacted the company and actually spoke to my doctor and they both reassured me that the pills are fine and they are NOT molding. This was the direct response from Theralogix: "Theralogix does not use excessive coatings or artificial dyes, and recently we removed titanium dioxide from our coatings due to customer feedback, so now the nutrients, especially choline and iron, show through the coating of the tablets. These nutrients can first look like white speckles and then slowly darken and look like tar. Sometimes people mistaken the spots to be mold. This spotting is completely normal. The product has not gone bad and the tablets are safe to consume." Titanium dioxide was preserving the coating of the pills better, since they removed it (so glad they did!) the nutrients are just showing through the coating. Just wanted to put your minds at ease! :)

High quality but harsh on the tummy
In terms of quality and being a trusted prenatal, this is a great option. Low rating is purely because this is a very harsh vitamin, at least for me. I couldn't tolerate the "speckled" vitamin (the pill with all the important stuff) at any point in my pregnancy. Nothing I tried allowed me to keep that (extremely large) pill down. No issues with thr other 2 pills. Given the cost, I would recommend only with extreme caution. If you have any sensitivities or stomach issues or any level of morning sickness, this may not be the option for you.

This supplement has good nutrients and complete pre-natal needs.
It comes in nice packaging and overall satisfied with what it offers at this price point. It is a premium one and I would highly recommend it. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Nice ingredients in it & complete nutrition for the maternity needs - High concentration of nutrients in each serving - Seems to be gentle on stomach overall - These are well packed with day of the week labels and the leaflet for being per weeks Cons: - It is not the most reasonably priced pre-natal supplements - You need to take 3 capsules daily as a set and they may be not the most appealing for many expecting mothers. - It does has some bad burps as side-effect for my wife
