I personally loved these. I am not a candy type of person, but trying to find something that I can eat as a snack on my Keto diet is difficult and these are delicious. I do find they do not have enough in one package for the price of $1.99 each. After only eating one bag I have not experienced issues having to go to the bathroom like others have commented. Maybe if I eat more than one or two bags. I would recommend this product, I just feel there should be more in a bag if you are having to pay $1.99 Cdn each.

If you want these as a quick snack-to-go, I highly suggest you cancel all your plans because the only place you’ll be going quickly, is to the bathroom. I initially bought these to try as a snack but after discovering their powerful poopy side effects, I now use them solely to cleanse my guts. They do a 5 star job if that. I would not recommend eating these around people or in any kind of public setting unless you’re into public humiliation (I don’t k!nk shame) and strongly advise against eating them while driving/ on a road trip or you’ll be leaving skid marks on more than just the road. But if you’re looking for a yummy way to evacuate the deepest depths of your bowels, these are a wonderful option! Happy dumping! :)

If you are a candy whore like me, you’ll love these! I personally think these are FAR better tasting than the Smart Sweets but everyone has their own tastes. These are just the right size bag, far lower in carbs than SS, and only 40 calories a bag! When I’m wanting a treat this is my go-to because I love jujubes, pull-n-peel, sour gummies.....you name it.

They taste like gummies - Not diet/keto/no sugar, this, that or the other kind of gummies. Just.. gummies. If I hadn't tried Kiss My Keto gummies first, I'd have thought gummies a thing of the past. But these are pretty good, good enough that the main issue was trying not to eat them all at once. Having since tried a few other brands, that's saying something, because the lot of them, literally, ended up in my trash can. I only gave these 4/5 because they're pretty pricey for my budget; but if you're going to spend the money for specialty treats, Kiss my Keto is a really good bet.

Aussi bons et moelleux que les gummies d’origine. Presque pas de glucides nets. J’adore! Par contre, il n’y en a pas beaucoup dans un sac. Alors ça revient assez cher pour si peu de friandises.
