I bought this to use in gluten free baking. It didn't take me long to realize that gluten free baking is a monster all of it's own. I won't be using it for that, but it does work well for making thickener for soups and gravy. The taste is just like any other thickener so no problem there. But there are other options that I prefer, so I most likely won't be purchasing this again.

I accidentally wrote a review on this seller in error! I am SO sorry. This product is perfect, I am trying more recipes at home, many of them Asian, and they call for potato starch. This makes THE best fried chicken and wings! I always wondered how restaurants get that delicious crunch and this is their secret! So glad I found this!
