Best Purchase Ever
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. I tell everyone I know about how amazing this pizza steel is! I had been trying to make a good homemade pizza that tasted at least close to restaurant style and no matter what I did it just didn’t come out good. I did some research and discovered pizza steels! I bought this one and have never looked back! It makes THE BEST pizza crust! I feel like this thing is magic! It makes my crust perfectly crispy and crunchy and my pizza now tastes close to what you get at a restaurant. I even prefer it over pizza chain restaurants now. It’s the only pizza that all of my kids will eat without fail. I bought the smallest one and it still fits a decent sized pizza, but I plan to buy a bigger one at some point. It is very heavy, so I’m concerned it would be difficult to handle a larger one. I highly highly recommend this for anyone that wants to make homemade pizza. We use this all the time! We crank the oven as high as it will go at 550F. I use parchment paper underneath (even though technically that’s too hot for parchment paper I haven’t had any problems) and use a pizza peal to get it in and out of the oven.

Sourdough worthy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good value and quality. Very substantial. I bought it for baking sourdough, and I just leave it in my oven at all times to help regulate heat evenly throughout.

A Steel of a Deal!
I’m 35 and this changed the game for making pizza at home. A lot of steela were pricey but this product was a good proportion of size to decent price. I recommend getting one of the pizza paddles too cause it makes cooking multiple pizzas on one steel so much faster and easier. It’s heavy but it makes me want to eat pizza more lol.

Coated steel- working well except coating softens
1/4 in thick, holds heat well, nonstick coating softens at 500F and heavy dutch oven, etc leaves impression. No cracking, no detectable off gassing. No data on coating anywhere

Heavy but SUPER high HIGH QUALITY
The first thing you will notice about this item is it's weight. HOLY-MAMA-MIA it is HEAVY! The second thing you will notice is that boy is this thing hard to hold with no-handle because it's so heavy, and thank gawd there's two little holes for a tiny bit more leverage! lol In all seriousness though, because it's so heavy and big, it can be difficult for some to handle. While handling this thing you will definitely want to be careful and stay alert. You do not want to drop this thing on your toe! The third thing you will notice about this pizza steel pan is it's non-stick coating. There's a nice sheen and it's smooth to touch. When making my pizza, I coated a thin layer of butter and cornmeal, and the pizza came off perfectly! Besides the size and weight of this steel pan, it should be easy to remove the food residue. I made a thin-ish crust pizza at 450 degrees F for about 18 minutes and the pizza came out perfectly. The bottom was crispy but the center was still soft. I added tons of toppings, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, sausage, and jalapenos and everything seemed to be cooked to perfection. Overall, I love this pizza pan as an addition to my kitchen. It looks great and feels super quality. I trust it'll last A LONG time. It's definitely heavy and as a result can be difficult to handle when hot and when cleaning so something to be mindful of for sure. The cooking seems to cook very evenly and the pizza was delicious. If you're thinking about leveling up your kitchen and Pizza dishes, this is something you should consider. 100% recommended!
