Disappointed and should have bought the warranty. Less than 2 months after purchasing and the vacuum keeps shutting down in the middle of use, even at almost full battery capacity. Switching batteries does not solve the problem. It seems to be an issue that comes up when the vacuum cleaner gets hot. Very unfortunate because the cordless functionality is great, as well as the light that highlights dirt and debris.

This product is really good. Its easy to use, its light, does the job effectively. Recently bought this so I don't have complaints yet for this!

Great vaccum cleaner. Very good for the price and the battery life is decent when used on the full power mode ( which realistically you would use in rare cases or on carpets) but great battery life when used on the 2 lower modes ( which are fine for hard flooring).

Good product , easy to use and powerful , comes with a good set of accessories and an extra battery , the first half an hour I opened the package the whole apartment is clean to the smallest of details Update: vacuum stopped working after 3 months of purchase , support team advised to clean all parts but that didn't work, they advised me to buy the engine part and they will reimburse but even the bought part was defected (part was delivered in a torn bag which indicates that it was used before - thus not working). Eventually support reimbursed me with total amount. Bottom line, worked perfectly only for 3 months, support in UAE is not proper, but eventually reimbursed me. Off to another product.

This K13-7S cordless vacuum cleaner is awesome! It was effortless to assemble and only took two minutes. I really like this vac, it cleans so well. The suction power is amazing with 2 different levels of suction, normal and turbo mode. The LED screen is clear to read and understand. It’s lightweight, which is important to me. It cleans both my floors and rugs seamlessly. It’s small and simple to store and it stands up too! I live in a condo, so I love items that I can find a place for that doesn’t take up much space. This is simple to use, it maneuvers well. Great for getting into tight spaces and under couches and chairs, unlike with a big vac. I loved the ease of use and smooth feel of the device. I cleaned my entire condo with it and the battery is still going strong! This is a winner in my book.

This vacuum does exactly what we had purchased it for. It has lots of suction for a cordless unit, plus the battery lasts a long time. It also includes a 2nd battery if the one you're using runs low. It runs at one of three speeds. Though it turns on in the middle setting 'Sport' mode, it can be placed in 'Turbo' or 'Normal' modes by a button press depending on the job and the length of battery time you need. It's fairly easy to clean out, or even perform some simple maintenance should some large item be sucked up into the filter area. The attachments are easily removed or swapped out. Also the tube length extends or retracts easily. The self-standing feature works better if the tube length is retracted. There are also replacements available on Amazon, unlike most of the inexpensive cordless vacuums sold. Specifically more filters ( 2 are included) and batteries (2 are included) . Though many of the main items seem to only be available in pink. There's even a wall mount holder, though it seems a bit expensive. Overall, this is a good cordless vacuum for the money. I think it is a better value than most of the name-brand vacuums.

It’s powerful, versatile, and incredibly convenient. Overall, the vacuum is pretty good. It’s easy to handle, being relatively light, and the battery life is also really good- I vacuumed 4 of the rooms in my house, and it only used a small fraction of the battery. Additionally, it cleans very well, and after testing it in my living room, the floor was completely clean. I don’t see anything bad with the vacuum-it has great battery life, is easy to handle, and has strong suction. Great functionality, and would be a good buy. I certainly don’t need my old vacuum anymore, and it’ll be replaced by this one.
