I”m really satisfied with my purchase. I needed this for work and does the job.

the only drawback that I could mention is the fact that the plug's rim area is constructed such that renders all extension cables I had to make the reach longer useless. This was probably done on purpose so that all extension cables would have to be procured through them and not third parties? other than this , the product itself is of excellent quality

I use this headset both at work and at home. I am an Adaptive computer user using capital j a w s and this product is great because you can split the sounds between ears. Where this product is not perfect is that the cord needs to be a bit longer and the control for volume mute needs to be able to lock in place so that it doesn't keep sliding off the desk or accidentally being disconnected because the court is too short from earphone to the plug-in spot on the control.

I use these to plug into my laptop for work. Sound is great, people hear me very clearly. I also can use these with my phone. The headset unplugs from the volume base and with an adapter to plug into my phone, I can talk on the phone with the headset and people hear me more clearly than usual. The adapter I got to use with my phone is "UGREEN Headphones Adapter for Apple MFi Certified iPhone Lightning to 3.5mm Jack Converter for iPhone 12 Mini 12 Pro Max 11 Pro Max X XR XS iPhone 7 7P 8 8P" and it works great. I love this headset so much, thinking of getting a back up to have on hand.

Purchased over 10 of these so far and they are wonderful. They wear well and give you the option of using the small pad attached to the cord for volume needs. Comfortable to wear for hours on end and doesn’t make you look like an air traffic controller! Jabra quality is top notch and I will buy more again whenever needed

Mine didn't come with the extra earpiece, it's just a bar that's sits on my head which gets tangled in my hair.

These headphones are nice, comfortable, have good sound, and the microphone does a fair job of cancelling room noise. I like them. BUT, they are not the ones pictured when I look at my orders. They are the ones pictures when I used the link given by Kixie. I prefer the stereo headset to the one sided headset, so that's fine. However, a search for this model number revealed that this particular headset is actually about $20 cheaper than what I paid. I feel that the seller scammed me.

Issue,Jabra should provide,the 2.5mm adapter option so people can use devices with that jack. The usb is provided after all. The vegan leather ear covering is okay,it should hold up for a few years,depending on how heavily the headset's used. Working well otherwise for its only purpose,voice calls.

I am writing this review after using the product 3 months. Jabra is really good product and it provides good support for long duration meeting which I can hear for long duration as almost 4 hours continuously. It comes with noise cancellation which is good and not required to focus on little noise during the call. I use this headset some times to record songs and it works out very well and provides good support to capture the high quality voice. Thanks to Jabra
