Head rest is not very comfortable (needed to add a second pillow for neck support). Seat and arm rests were also not very comfortable and needed added items for me. The heat and massage functions are great, but not worth the money with all of the extras I had to buy to make it comfortable for a full 8 hour day.

The chair is very comfortable. The heat and massage stopped working after a while but the Customer Service with this company was exceptional so I would buy from them again.

I have gone through several chairs trying to find the right one to help with my back pain and I have found it!! I brought this chair because i needed more support for my sedentary job. All I can say is this is the best chair I have purchased so far.

It’s alright. I’ve been using the chair for a couple of weeks. It makes a weird “spring” sound sometimes when I turn. I like that it’s adjustable on the arm rests and the pull out foot rest is nice to have for long work days. The lumbar support is good. The heat doesn’t seem to work well and the vibration isn’t very strong. It was self explanatory to assemble and i didn’t have any issues. It’s nice to recline the back and put out the foot rest and take a nap during lunch break at work.

This is a very comfortable chair that has massage and is comfortable. Worth the price. It looks good and is comfortable for a larger person to sit in. The chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. The massage feature is nice and it gives a decent massage.
