I love this bag
I travel about twice a month for work and I need to pack for 1-3 nights each time. I was using a Maxlite 5 roll aboard but I was getting tired of doing the bundle method for packing shirts and suits. I saw this bag with the built-in suiter and thought this is what I needed. However I didn't want to pay this much so I searched for a suiter I could fit in the Maxlite. I couldn't find anything that would work, and my son's carryon broke so I decided to bite the bullet and buy this bag and pass down the Maxlite to him. The suiter is wonderful. I read reviews about it being too narrow but for me it works perfectly. I have gotten full suit and shirt in there easily for work trips, and up to 7 resort style shirts for vacation. When I arrive, I can just take out everything on hangers and hang it up straight away with few wrinkles. I love the ZIP in toiletry bag and the bags built into the tie downs are great for ties. The wheels are so smooth when rolling through the airport. I haven't really used the battery function because when flying the small regional jets they make you gate check and remove the battery. So for me that is a bit of a pain and therefore wasted space. But that's a minor complaint... this bag is totally worth the price and I wish I would have gotten it sooner.

this is the one you buy
I believe this is the best luggage product available in the market. This is a high quality product. It's durable. I travel for work and stay in hotels frequently, and this is my go to. Probably have been on 300 trips so far and this thing is still solid and good for at least another 300 trips. Wheels and extendible handle remain strong. These are the things that tend to go quickly on cheap carry-on luggage. Bag is a requirement for first world travel. Has a clutch cell phone battery embedded a the top of the case. This carry-on slides through the airport like a breeze. The bag is sleek, carries itself with an understated elegance. Fits on the airplane as a carry-on, and it easily fits the needs of a one week trip. So this means no waiting for luggage at the baggage claim, allowing you to glide in and out of airports. In summary, I really like the bag, it is uniquely suited to the needs of a first world business traveler.

Built well, ergonomic marvel
Just used it in my first trip and it was awesome. First thing, there is a J Hook included inside the luggage. It attaches with a clip. I don’t see it anywhere and was wondering but it’s there inside the luggage. I like the rollaboard versus the 4 wheels for this exact reason. I attach my backpack and it serves as a counterweight making it easier to walk with that a 4 wheeler. I had the Costco luggage for years but my handle kept messing up so I got this one for $400. I figure I’m good for at least 10 years now and maybe more. There’s a cool outside compartment for a battery which you connect and can charge your phone with the luggage. I haven’t used that yet as I did my first trip. The wheels were smooth as glass and very maneuverable. I took out the included medicine kit but am actually thinking of using it now. I also took out the shirt and suit part because I didn’t need it. The extension worked fine. I was a little surprised that it didn’t go all the way around but it served its purpose. I loved it and am very happy. It very well built. Another interesting thing, I can slide my backpack on the handle and it’s still fairly easy to manage even without the J hook. It must be the way it’s designed but it’s not nearly as heavy as my other luggage when I do that. So far it has been outstanding. It’s a carry on, stands well and very well designed ergonomically. It just feels like the best rollerbag I’ve ever had.

Horrible design; not for frequent travelers
I got this to replace my beloved old Travelpro luggage that lasted me over a decade and it has been a HUGE disappointment. While my old luggage (a cheaper model) was designed with the little needs of frequent travelers in mind, this one is the complete opposite - gimmicky, counterintuitive, and a nightmare to use. The most offensive part is probably the suiter compartment - while my old one folded out nicely and was perfect for bringing a few suits for a business trip, this one folds out THE WRONG WAY and is basically impossible to use if you have your luggage up on a luggage rack. To use it, I have to move the luggage to the ground and then lay my suits on the floor (gross) to get them in, and it's less space efficient. Considering that the suiter compartment was my main criteria when picking a luggage, this design flaw is a complete dealbreaker. Seriously, whomever made the call to change that suiter design clearly has never traveled with a suit before. There are also a bunch of other design choices that just make this a much worse product than my old suitcase - the handle at the bottom is uncomfortable hard plastic inside of an easily grabbable soft fabric-covered strap, the expander only expands halfway which is less space efficient, harder to use, AND looks stupid, and the front pockets are multiple tiny pockets instead of 1-2 larger compartments which makes it hard to fit in things like a folder (i.e., something thin you want to keep flat). Overall, the design is disappointing at best and downright offensive when you realize this is supposed to be Travelpro's "high end" product. It's certainly not designed for frequent travelers, which I thought were their target demographic. I had hoped this would last me another decade like my old Travelpro did but I've been using this product for less than a year now and it makes me intensely angry every time I have to use it so I'm now looking for a replacement.

Nice bag but poorly documented
Looks like a well-made item with lots of good features however there are several that are not documented anywhere. You’ll have to spend some time figuring out how some of the parts and features of the bag actually work. A YouTube search is helpful, but you’d still expect The manufacturer to explain all aspects of the bag.

Product use
Very good product for the price point. Fit my needs as a monthly traveler from packing needs to fit carry-on space. Easy to manage in crowded airports

Quality is #1
First, I travel a lot for work and I try not to check any bags if I can. This carryon suitcase is good size not great but the quality is excellent. I have gone through a number of "cheap" carry-ons until I found a Samsonite that lasted me 10 years and recently started to fall apart. That Samsonite was perfect and it was the biggest carry-on that I have had. Now that it's time to replace it, Samsonite didn't have anything that size (22x9x14.5). This is the closest thing I could find and it's still not as big but the quality is great. I also found a Lucas Luggage carry-on that has the size of the Samsonite but didn't have good reviews on quality. I have grown out of purchasing cheap luggage and having to replace it every 6 months. Give me quality even if it is a tiny bit less size. I plan to keep this for years to come. I even bought my wife one as well who doesn't travel as much as I.
