I do not believe they are. But I can't find on the box where it would say. Thanks!

Q: Will the charger also charge my 18volt kobalt lithium ion batteries

Thanks for your question Frankie,Kobalt will no longer be supporting the older platforms, meaning that that 18v and 20v batteries will not work with this charger.
