Product I received has multiple scratches on it’s glass..and received a Brocken box too

Nice watch
Bought for 10995/-. Nice simple watch yet elegant. Don’t buy it for the extra leather bracelet that comes along. With the watch it looks mediocre. Also both watch strap and bracelet have different colour tones. They don’t match.
