An unexpected anti depressant
I bought this hoping it could replace my daily dose of nodoze caffiene. I later learned you have to take ginseng for awhile before you may notice any effect. After about 1-2 weeks, i noticed a pattern of it having a anti-depressant effect with me. I did not expect this. While it did not work for replacing my caffiene, I welcome the antidepressant effect for sure.
