Exactly what I ordered
Perfect fit, easy to install, very bright.

It works, its cheaper, and readily available, but.....
The color temp is 4100K which is lower than the Ott ~ 5000 - 5300K. Consequently, this Philips lamp produces a "warmer" white than the OE Ott bulb. The Ott lamp has unique color rendition which deviates from typical color temperature parameters. The Ott lamp has a wider, more balanced gamut and more useable light output. Be prepared for emphasized reds and subdued blues with this Philips lamp. But it works in the Ott fixture, and it is significantly less expensive. Do I prefer the Ott lamp? Yes, I surely do.

Fits fine and works as expected
I think this bulb is better quality than the original one that came with the light. Fits fine and is working just fine, too.

Bright
Purchased to replace a bulb in an OTT light. This bulb took a little persuading to fit, but I think that an original wouldn't be much easier to fit. Much more value for the money and just as bright.

Exactly what I needed
My wife was out of town and I was doing a painting project. I needed more light so I used my wife's quilting light. It was going perfectly until I backed up and knocked the lamp over breaking the light bulb. Didn't have a spare, so I looked on Amazon and there was the exact light bulb I needed. Ordered it and got it before my wife came home.

usable replacement for OttLite T18330
I bought this to replace the bulb in an OttLite brand lamp. I believe it used the equivalent of the OttLite T18330 18w Replacement Tube Bulb , but I can't say for sure, as the old bulb had the OttLite branding, but no part number on it. This bulb was cheaper than the OttLite, or other compatible bulbs available at the big home centers. If the manufacturer's longevity specs can be believed, it is also rated to last a bit longer. The original OttLite bulb is supposed to be a "daylight" bulb, which practically speaking means a high color temperature (around 6500K), though OttLite fails to specify what the temperature is. It's a bit difficult to compare an old end-of-life dim bulb to a new bulb, but this new Philips 4100K bulb does have a different hue compared to the old bulb - less blue/white, but not substantially different. But I think if you want an identical appearance, you should stick with the OttLite T18330, or order a 6500K bulb elsewhere.
