I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with both the product and the customer service that I had to share it. I purchased the Baseus USB-C 45W Charger 2-Pack (Model CCGAN45SECS) and have been thoroughly impressed with the performance, build quality, and compact design. These chargers are sleek, efficient, and deliver fast charging exactly as promised. I’ve used them with my phone, tablet, and even a lightweight laptop, and they perform flawlessly every time. The power delivery is consistent, and the chargers stay cool even with prolonged use—definitely a sign of quality engineering. However, shortly after I started using them, one of the chargers developed a minor issue. It stopped charging reliably, which was disappointing at first. But this is where Baseus really won me over. I contacted their customer support via email, and within 24 hours, I received a kind and professional response from Viola, a customer service representative. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, walking me through a few quick troubleshooting steps before promptly arranging a free replacement without any hassle. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and it genuinely felt like she cared about resolving the issue. The replacement charger arrived quickly and works perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only offers great quality products but also stands firmly behind them with excellent customer service. Because of this experience, I will absolutely buy from Baseus again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and well-designed USB-C chargers. Five stars all the way

Absolutely fantastic lil powerhouse! Worth wayyy more than the current retail on it, this beats out chargers I've paid triple the price for..!.. Well so far I've been charging 21700 batteries off this since yesterday for all my lights and lanterns....continuously... at its full 3amp output which is much much more power draw and abuse than charging any phone or tablet will use. Phones start at 3amp then drops down to around 2amp around the 30% battery mark to avoid overheating and possibly splitting your phones battery. So.... 18hrs later of near non stop FULL power draw and this minature charger barely got over room temperature... For comparison my Anker Nano iii which was triple the price, was my favorite (or so I thought,)... melted after 6hrs of continuous 3amp use...The prongs melted into the body like a hot knife... it was great "for phones" but when tested to is max listed power ratings it failed miserably , which gives a good indication on the Ankers product life, components quality and what would happen if their protection chip failed... a fire... Not only does it have pure performance going for it but this charger is LITERALLY the smallest and fastest (aside from my big 100 and 240 watt laptop chargers) I've ever used, or even seen, if you need a size comparison the factory Samsung charger you got with your phone is 1.25 inch thick x 2 inch wide x 3.2 inch tall... this is 1/2 that... at 1.2 x 1x2 x 1.5 this is also twice its weight and rock solid (in a good way) usually means thicker capacitors, more copper cores and longer life. Sorry for the long winded review, but if you want the fastest charger you can get , full circuit and charge protection.... and pay 1/2 of what the bigger names cost this is your Huckleberry.

These charge super fast and work very well. They’re nice and compact in size and will travel well. Their build quality feels good, but only time will tell how durable they are.

Just used one of the charger for a couple days and are very satisfied with it. The built quality is decent. The price is very value - consider you bought two under 20 dollars. It is compact, comparing with our other 45W charger. It can be used with our lenovo laptop, which proves its "45W" label - our other "45W" large usbc charger was detected as "not standard charger - wattage lower than needed" by the same laptop. Charging speed meets our expectation. Due to its compact size, I can put into my pocket and take it anywhere - to charge my laptop.

For bang for the buck, this is really 5 stars. But there are downsides if you're comparing it to something like the Anker Nano/Ace 45w. This is actually noticeably smaller than the Anker but a lot of that is due to it omitting foldable plugs. This is also a very very dense unit, it's still light but noticeably denser and heavier than the Anker. The build quality/materials feel better than the Anker but that's at the expense of the weight since the Anker uses lightweight plastics. Both perform well thermally but the Baseus is much better due to its use of graphene conductors and the outer surface as a heatsink, though at only 45w there is the question of how much does that matter. All in all, great charger and often goes for really good prices and I wouldn't hesitate to grab one since the Anker often runs at nearly twice the price.
