I purchased this device in January 2025 but waited to review it until I had the chance to use it. I was impressed by the company because they reached out to me after I ordered it, but before I received it to let me know if I needed any support, they would be available and how to reach them. The device is light weight and fits my hand well. I am able to use it for thirty minutes without hand or wrist fatigue. Although light weight, this device is a powerhouse! I am 68 years old and have started to lose volume in my cheeks and a softening of my jawline. After approximately 90 days of use I have noticed a tighter, firmer, jawline and more uplifted cheeks. Although this is not the exact same treatment as a med spa it is an excellent device for use at home with outstanding results.

This is my very first time that I've had the guts to leave my salon behind and do an RF treatment, like the one I purchased here, alone and at home. Honestly, I was terrified!! Now be sure to give yourself enough time because you will need to fully charge the device, which takes about 2-3 hours before you can begin using it Now, here comes the fun part!! Your skin journey is about to take an incredible turn in your life and you will 100% start to feel the most beautiful that you've ever felt in the skin that your in! Just use it 3-5 times a week at 5 minutes each time and just see how quickly the results start rolling in!! I have never been happier with any other product out there and I highly recommend this to absolutely everything who is just needing a refresh to their look!

Used only a few times and won't hold a charge anymore now that its past the return date. It won't work whole being plugged in, either. Don't recommend.

Have used different RF facial devices before but they didn't even come close to this one. Lightweight, powerful and easy to use. Like the fact that it has 3 power setting. Holds a battery charge well. Instructions were great. Company emailed me before product arrived giving details and other info. That is a plus for me that they contacted me before I got the item and gave me more info. I have used this for about 2 weeks and so far, am very pleased. I have moderate wrinkling on my face and already can see an improvement. With continued use am sure more softening of wrinkles and lines will improve even more. I am very impressed with the RF device and company. Price was very good. Wish I had purchased this one earlier and not wasted time and money on other devices that don't come close to this one.

The product is okay—it works as described, but I honestly think it's a bit too expensive for what it does. You can probably find similar alternatives for a lower price. It's not bad, just not great value for the money.
