I'm making a batch of banana vinegar. I used this as the vinegar starter once the banana wine phase was done. And sure enough, a week or so later a nice layer of vinegar mother grew on the top of the bottle! This vinegar is perfect for, among other things, making your own vinegar.

Wow! Unbelievably smooth taste that is not strong as other brands used to be. I was a loyal braggs gal until the company got sold and the product quality became unpalatable. Im used to drinking straight acv but I decided to follow directions and dilute as the bottle says. I added it to tea and it didn’t sour the tea in any manner.

Best ACV on the market. Love the amber glass bottles.

Just received this morning with overnight shipping so had the opportunity to try it out, in a shot glass I added 1/2 glass then top it with organic evoo, rich in polyphenols and does amazing things for your gut and body.
