Liqui Moly 3379 Pro-Line Injector Dismantling Aid, 20 g

My Audi 3.0TDI engine injectors had started leaking. Making the dreaded tapping noise on idle. The area around tge injectors had a buold up of carbon and grease. In preparation for my injector seal renewal job I sprayed my diesel injectors every day for 3 days to break up the build up of carbon and grease gunk. When it came to removing them so new seals could be fitted, I was able to remove the injectors with my hands, no slide hammer needed. Just gentle tugging got all 6 out. I know the slide hammer would have been needed without this spray. I also used this spray to clean the injectors and the spray nozzles. The carbon just melted off. No need for any aggressive cleaning. Sprayed some of this liquid in a small container to make a bath. The nozzles just sat in a small bath of spray liquid for 10 minutes each then carefully wiped clean. Once everything fitted back, I can see the car is more responsive, accelerates smoother and definitely has more power. MPG has improved too. This spray is an essential MUST have for the injector removal and reseal job. Thoroughly recommended. So worth the extra cost.

I used this spray to loosen the glow plugs, and it worked effortlessly. The plugs came out smoothly without any resistance. A highly reliable product that's a must-have for quick and easy maintenance.

I'd heard horror stories about seized diesel injectors preventing the replacement of the leaky valve cover on BMW engines (BMW 740d, N57), so decided I'd try some of this in the hope it would help. I sprayed a small puddle around the top of each injector and went for a drive to warm the engine each day a few days before tackling the job. When it came to the dreaded part of the job all six injectors came out easily with a just a twist and and tug. Perfect! Maybe they would have come out anyway, maybe they wouldn't, but the job is now done and this product was also excellent at cleaning the injectors before reinstalling so well worth the cost... will be using it when I do the glow plugs next!

I tried a few products to remove melted rubber and plastic tar deposits from my injector area. This stuff worked great. Works instantly on thinner dirt and grease, or let it sit for a few minutes and it works away at tougher deposits. Cleaned the exterior of my injector nozzles like new. Pricey but does a good job. 1 can goes a long way.

The product worked great. I applied it overnight, and the glow plug came out smoothly without any issues. The only downside was that the product arrived with a broken cap.

Worth every penny, had to remove all 6 injectors two of them known leakers so they had an awful buildup binding them. Used this and let the engine get up to operating temp for 20 mins and they slid out beautifully. Will be using this again, wish I knew about this before I sheared a glow plug last month!

Basically turns carbon around injectors into a liquid making it easy to clean up and also making it easier to remove stuck injectors, pricey but good.

Made easy work of removing 190,000 mile diesel injectors, sprayed on as soon as I could get access, and left to soak whilst I did the rest of the stripping to remove the injectors on a BMW N57 diesel engine, to do a rocker cover gasket replacement. I also used it to clean the injectors, and have used it to pre-soak rusty suspension bolts before removing. Works a treat, and seems to last and last.

Utilizzato per smontare le candelette da un 1.3 Multijet, notoriamente inclini a bloccarsi, ha funzionato egregiamente! Ottimo, anche se un po' caro.

Calentador roto por encima de la rosca, justo a la altura de la culata. Consultado varios talleres la solución era levantar culata (900€). Leyendo opiniones y foros me decidi a comprar este producto y el de Loctite enfriador. También compré extractor a izquierdas. Primero con unas tenazas corté la cabeza del calentador, de modo que quedaba a la vista su interior. Está hueco con el electrodo, que es como un alambre que va de arriba a la punta de abajo. Estuve echando el disolvente dos veces al día en la rosca, preferiblemente con motor caliente. Cogía el coche habitualmente y probaba con el extractor a izquierdas cada cinco días sin hacer mucha fuerza. Así estuve un mes. No se movía ni un milímetro. Después empecé a usar el spray enfriador con motor frío. Alternaba con el disolvente de Liqui Moly. A la séptima semana giró con el extractor un poco, y durante los días siguientes conseguí desenroscar pero no salía más allá de la rosca, porque tenía demasiada carbonilla. Seguí echando los sprays y cogiendo el coche. Pues bien, aprecié que cogiendo el coche la propia presión del cilindro fue sacando el calentador poco a poco hasta que saltó hacia fuera. Espero que os ayude mi experiencia.
