Why did you pick this product vs others?: People who are educated in computer hardware and software might know the importance of intel i7, 10 core, 5GHz processor. This one I got in 52789 in July 25 sale. I am happy with the purchase. Awaiting delivery and post that I will share the actual performance review. Update1 after using 1 month: Pros: 1. Light weight 2. Satisfactory battery backup (based on the apps used) 3. Doesn’t heat 4. Smooth and fast performance. Cons: 1. Body feels cheap (Disappointing for the price, HP should definable think and improve it) 2. Camera is at its worst quality. 3. Charger is not type c but traditional round hole charger (Disappointing at this price and ) 4. Screen not visible from side angles. Suggestion: Recommended buy due the usability and performance.

For All those. Who purchase laptop online or offline always check your warranty online on HP utility in the laptop . its already installed inside when you turn the laptop on. You will find that warranty is misleading or incorrect donot get impatient. Call the HP call center they don't provide the direct number just you will find an option to contact on whatsap start your chat on whatsap but be patient they revert very slow but be active arrange the bill they will ask you to update then after 3-4days it will be done. Amazon will not provide any support their customer support does not know any thing they will start saying that you got used product and start investigating then later on close the case from their end. all in vain

I bought HP 15 i3 13 gen laptop in oct 2023. I am writing this review after 1 and half month of use. I used this laptop on daily basis.( For coding) Good things: Light weight, Good battery backup (around 4.5 hrs on full charge), Smooth in functioning, big touchpad, Good camera quality, Fast processor than i 3 12gen, No heat issues, No hanging, fast connectivity Extra slot for RAM upgrade and max upgrade upto 16gb only. Bad things: No backlight keyboard, Low speaker volume, Screen quality not that good (no IPS display) No extra slot for SSD upgrade (need to replace with 1TB) Laptop body material not that good (need to handle very carefully) Charging time No usb charging ( Only data transfer) Overall summery is NO worries for performance. Good for Normal daily tasks and good performance in coding also, watching videos, surfing. Budget laptop. Recommend if ur budget is tight go for it Bcz it is best option than other laptops...or go for HP i5 13 gen with IPS display, backlight 16gb 1TB SSD.

I’ve honestly had one of the worst experiences with this service. I received a laptop on October 17th, and this was actually my very first order. Right after checking it, I noticed a serious battery issue — it heats up really quickly and drains even when the laptop is idle. It definitely doesn’t match the battery performance that was described in the product details. So, I decided to return it. On October 19th, I was told that the return had been initiated and the pickup was scheduled for October 23rd. But nothing happened — when I checked that day, I saw the return had been cancelled automatically, and I even got a message saying I had cancelled it, which I never did. Then they started another return request, this time scheduled for October 26th, and assured me there would be no issues. But again, the pickup got cancelled on the same day. That’s when things started to feel really suspicious. When I called customer support again, they said they’d raised a complaint with the supplier and that it might take time to resolve, and I’d get a response by November 1st. But instead, I suddenly got a message saying my account’s number of refunds has exceeded their policy limit, and now they can’t process the return. This makes absolutely no sense because this is my first ever order, so how can I possibly exceed any refund limit? The whole situation feels extremely suspicious and very frustrating.

This laptop is good for basic use. I did have initial problems with the warranty showing an early expiration date but the HP team helped me resolved it. Pros: 1) It has a good screen size for those who prefer larger screen. 2) It has a decent speed with multiple applications in use 3) It does come with a Microsoft 365 for a year and Office 2024 basic desktop applications for lifetime. We need to visit Microsoft website and download the package for the desktop applications Cons: 1) It took me long to figure out how to resolve the warranty issue. They should have some inbuilt faq instead of a Google search 2) The laptop does have heating issues if working for a long time. We need to keep it on a cooling pad or a desk. Hence, not recommended for high end professional usage 3) Led screen would have been a better option at this price range 4) Battery drains fast
