Small and mighty. Impressive performance from a small and versatile bench power supply.
30V at 10A variable power supply with current overload detection. The large white LED display was easy to read even in strong daylight. The case is made of aluminium and should be rugged enough for regular home workshop use. The vertical layout is great, leaving more room for other equipment on the bench As well as testing on some low power PIC breadboarding stuff, I also tested the unit on some low-ohm power resistors and the PSU performed well over its specified range. Output was steady with very low ripple on the output. The rear fan was quiet enough to avoid being annoying. I really liked the combined Volts/Amps/Watts display - brilliant for testing VI characteristics and matching components without reaching for a calculator. Looking at the internal PCB through the vent slots reminds me of a PC power supply and to be honest this unit is physically not much bigger than one. Included with the PSU were a pair of short power leads terminated with crocodile clips and standard banana plugs. There was also a mains power cord provided. At just over 1m long, it was way too short for my bench but should be adequate for most users. The paper instructions were clear, but I must say, getting used to the encoder-type rotary controls took a fair bit of time for me. I kept reaching for the coarse-voltage control by default and overcooking my test circuit. I think it would be much safer if the rotary knobs were variously coloured instead of all black. I reckon the 'output-enable' pushbutton should be coloured too. The overcurrent detection feature was very useful... Once I figured out how to set it up. Apparently, the PSU can also operate in 'OPN' mode which bypasses the ouput-enable button. However I never intend to use it, preferring to use the manual ouput-enable button to avoid potential circuit fry-ups. Overall, a really good bit of kit which provides plenty of bang for buck. Small and mighty. The all black look is cool, but perhaps impractical. I reckon a splash of colour for the buttons and rotary controls would make operation safer and even easier. Highly recommended.

Power supply.
So far seems to work well fairly accurate. Not checked it’s ripple yet.

Compact and stable supply
Compact, reliable and very stable output. Easily adjusted voltage/current and very much a "plug-and-play" solution at a reasonable price. USB-A and USB-C sockets make it easy to connect items for charging. I haven't put the unit under great stress and, as yet, the cooling fan has not been used, so for me the unit has been silent. Attractive and clear display

Great PSU
Very happy with this to date. Good modern replacement for my ageing (home built) PSU from the 80s.
